Shipping policy

We ship across the United States, with every order packed and dispatched with care by hand.

Free shipping over $100 
Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Processing time 
Each order is prepared with care, which usually takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking the moment yours is on its way. 

Delivery time 
Once your order ships, you can roughly expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 business days (standard tracked). These are carrier estimates, so an occasional delay can happen once a package leaves our hands. 

Shipping & Delivery issues
We shall not be liable for any delays caused by the carrier, but if something seems unusual, feel free to reach out and we're glad to help you track it down.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We are unable to take responsibility if this address has been provided incorrectly, so please check the address you have entered carefully. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect delivery address information may be passed on to you. 

Once an order is marked 'delivered by the carrier', we're unable to take responsibility for parcels that are then lost or stolen.
